Users are responsible for the words, names, phrases, or content they enter into the Fontib. The platform does not claim ownership over your original input text. However, the tool interface, design system, software, font conversion logic, and website content remain the property of the website owner.

By using the Fontib, you acknowledge that the underlying font rendering technology and styling algorithms are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the output generated by the tool, but you may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate the Fontib's core technology.

All content, design, graphics, interface layouts, code, and other materials on the Fontib platform are the intellectual property of the website owner or its licensors. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent
• The Fontib name, logo, and branding are trademarks and may not be used without permission
• You retain ownership of your input text; we retain ownership of the platform and its technology

Some advanced Fontib features may require a paid plan. By purchasing a plan, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring or one-time charges based on the selected package.

• Prices are subject to change with prior notice via email or platform notification
• Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
• All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or credit availability

We want you to be satisfied with the Fontib. If you are not happy with a paid feature, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have not extensively used the premium features.

Refund requests made after 7 days or in cases of significant usage will be reviewed at our discretion. Subscription fees for partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details.

We strive to keep the Fontib available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice or liability.

We provide the Fontib on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every generated font style will work perfectly on every platform, device, browser, or social media app.

Stylish Unicode fonts may display differently across devices and applications. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from font rendering inconsistencies. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Fontib at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Fontib will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and warranty disclaimers.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Fontib after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
